Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by Jim Bramlett ("The No Hassle King"), including but not limited to coaching sessions, group programs, assessments, and online content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Services Jim Bramlett provides executive coaching, leadership development, and related services. The specific details, duration, and costs of services will be agreed upon separately for each engagement.

  3. Payment Fees for services are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Individual sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged in full. For group programs or multi-session packages, no refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.

  5. Confidentiality Jim Bramlett respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any personal or business information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law or with the client's explicit permission.

  6. Intellectual Property All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and online content, provided by Jim Bramlett are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Jim Bramlett does not guarantee specific results from coaching or other services.

  8. Limitation of Liability Jim Bramlett's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  9. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions resulting from coaching or other services provided. Jim Bramlett does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

  10. Recording of Sessions Video or audio recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from Jim Bramlett.

  11. Termination of Services Jim Bramlett reserves the right to terminate services at any time if these terms are violated or if it is determined that the client-coach relationship is not productive or appropriate.

  12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  13. Changes to Terms Jim Bramlett reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
